The Xena Warrior Princess reboot

Well the Internet is alight with speculation over the Xena warrior princess reboot - and I for one am incredibly excited about all the buzz that it has generated.

Lucy herself, confirmed this morning via twitter that at this stage it is all still rumours, but she has made it no secret of her interests in reinvigorating the brand and breathing new life into it.

I for one think it will happen in the foreseeable future - but as to how long that will be.... well who can say.

I have read lots of arguments back and forth that Lucy and Renee are considered to old for the roles now - which personally I find a little offensive. In a society that is accepting of men in their 70s still appearing in action films - I so no reason why Lucy and Renee who are only in their 40's to reprise their roles with great success.

I think that for any Xenite out their feeling really disheartened by the rumour speculations, I say to them - STAY STRONG - keep sharing all of your support via social media - because all those up in high places that hold the power to make it happen - they are listening..
